Ready-to-wear:

There is a 14 day return policy for ready-to-wear hats. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your ready to wear hat, you may return it unworn, in the condition you received it for a full refund of the amount paid for the hat. You pay shipping.

Custom:

Due to the nature of custom made, there is a firm no return or refund policy on custom hats.
